Terms of Service

Effective February 2026 · Last updated February 2026

These Terms govern your use of Haulr, operated by Refuel LLC ("Haulr", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Haulr does

Haulr is a technology marketplace that connects shippers with independent third-party motor carriers. Haulr is not a motor carrier, broker (until separately licensed), or freight forwarder. Quotes shown are estimates anchored to industry benchmarks; the carrier's final invoice is the binding rate.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+, located in the United States, and legally authorized to ship the freight you list. You may not list hazardous, illegal, restricted, or perishable goods that violate FMCSA, DOT, or destination-state law.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login email secure. You may not share OTP codes or impersonate other users. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, automate scraping, or attempt to circumvent subscription gates.

4. Subscriptions & payments

5. Booking & carrier interaction

When you book a shipment, Haulr surfaces the carrier's contact information. You and the carrier form a direct contract for the haul. Haulr is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the carrier's performance, delays, loss, damage, or invoicing disputes. You agree to communicate with the carrier in good faith, provide accurate freight details, and pay the carrier per their terms.

6. Estimated prices ≠ guaranteed prices

Haulr quotes are estimates calibrated from public industry benchmarks (DAT Trendlines, Truckstop, Shippo). The carrier reserves the right to adjust the final rate based on actual weight, dimensions, accessorials, fuel, detention, or other line items per their published tariff. Haulr is not responsible for differences between estimated and final invoiced amounts.

7. Prohibited use

8. Termination

You can terminate by canceling your subscription and emailing us to delete the account. We can terminate or suspend immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. After termination we retain the data described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Haulr makes no warranties regarding carrier availability, quote accuracy, delivery times, or freight condition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haulr disclaims all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

Haulr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Haulr in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim. Haulr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, cargo damage, missed deliveries, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Haulr harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your contract with a carrier, (c) the freight you ship, or (d) your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas under the AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
