All refund requests go via email. We honor refunds for: unused booking credits, billing errors, and disputed overage charges. Detail your subscription email and the charge you're disputing.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in → Dashboard → Manage Plan → Cancel. Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
Why is the price an estimate?
Haulr quotes are anchored to industry benchmarks (DAT, Truckstop, Shippo). The carrier verifies actual weight + dimensions on the dock and may adjust the final rate. Contact your carrier within 30 minutes of booking to lock the exact invoice.
My promo code says "already used"
Each promo code is one-time-per-user. If you've redeemed it once, you can't apply it again — by design, to keep things fair across all shippers.
I forgot which email I signed up with
